How do I ask for a commission?
You can contact me through any means you have access to (Discord, email, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and simply explain what it is you want and in what style.Can I show you my character in advance to know if it's ok?
As of right now, yes! Send me a message on any platform, and I can let you know if I can or cannot draw such a design.What type of character information will I have to provide?
Required: species, age range, height, all facial details, all body details necessary, skin color, all hair details, all eye details, tattoos and piercings, any other features (horns, wings, tails, etc.), a brief description of their personality, desired pose, detailed description of their outfit.
Preferred: pose reference image(s), outfit reference image(s), name of character, pronouns of character, a determined color palette, a moodboard.I love the look of another person's original character. Can I commission you to draw an identical or very similar character for me?
Whilst inspiration is okay, I refuse to copy someone else's original design. I will work with you to design something with a similar vibe yet unique, however, if that is of interest to you.Can I submit multiple commissions at once?
It always depends, so make sure to ask beforehand. Sometimes I will be fine accepting two, maybe even three, at once, but sometimes I have others waiting for a commission or do not have the time for more than one commission. Just ask, you never know.Can I submit (adventuring) parties?
Yes! Both for the full rendering and flat color options. A party counts as one individual commission, even if there are multiple characters, but it will still cost significantly more. Ordering a full party at once, however, guarantees a faster delivery time, and a discounted price overall.I don't have existing artwork of my character, is that a problem?
Not at all! You are welcome to share reference images, photos of their clothing, the TTRPG weapons they are wielding, and so on. If you don't have any reference images, that is fine, too, but I at least need a VERY detailed description of the character and their clothes/equipment. If you have 3D models of the characters (like HeroForge models), Picrew images, or images of actors/face claims, you can use those as references.Can I request an additional outfit for my character?
Yes, in both full render and flat colors. The price will be calculated by half the price of one character/figure (one figure + 2/(one figure)).Can I commission your characters for a TTRPG show (AP show, podcast, or similar) or a TTRPG book meant for publication?

Terms of Service

General
• I reserve the right to select what commissions I want to work on.
• If the client fails to follow the terms provided here, I have the right to cancel the commission at any time.
• I will not tolerate any lack of respect towards myself or my work; I will cancel a commission if I feel the client’s behavior is unacceptable.
• PSD or layered files are not provided.Payment
• All commissions must be paid in full, upfront. For commissions over $500, it is possible to discuss payment in installments.
• I can no longer accept CashApp payments, so I can accept PayPal, Ko-Fi, or Chime.References
• The client will be asked to send a brief message with all the required information about the character.
• Visual references, where available, are welcome. More details on the type of references needed will be provided during the discussion process.
• I will not copy a pose verbatim; I implore you to find real-life images and photographs rather than someone else's art, as I will have to change the pose if it is someone's art. Even if it is an image, I will not trace it, but mimic the essence of the positioning. If the reference is art and includes a scene—that you want—I will have to decline and implore you to find a different image or at least change the scene. Whilst poses cannot be stolen, as anyone can make a pose, it is the art of it that can be. The best way to get a reference image is to either use 3D posing software, free stock images, websites specifically for artist references, or take images yourself.
• Please keep in mind that I will never copy a character’s likeness if the character doesn’t belong to the client. Fanart is allowed and inspiration is allowed, but I will not copy someone else’s character without their consent. For this reason, when sending references, please specify if the images you are sending are of your original character or are meant as an inspiration.
• Requests to change the pose to a different one after the sketch is done following the reference provided will incur extra fees.Process
• I will never ask for or accept payments before I’m ready to start working on a commission.
• I will not start working on a commission until the payment (or the first installment) is complete.
• For character design commissions, the client will be provided with a sketch, then a lineart and flat colors version, and then the finished result. They will have to approve each step and once the step is approved, I will proceed to the next. For illustrations, I will provide between 3-6 WIPs, depending on the complexity of the piece. For both, I will send WIPs also as requested as I have time/access, or if I have a question, or if I am unsure of something and have a question.
• Once the client approves a part of the progress, no significant changes will be made to the piece. For example, once the sketch is approved, the pose won’t be changed. Requests to change parts of the commission that have already been approved will require the payment of additional fees.
• The time of completion of the commission can be up to 1-3 weeks from the initial payment (especially depending on the number of characters included in the commission). If the client needs the artwork delivered quickly or by a specific date, they need to communicate it before I start the commission. Rushed deadlines will add extra charges to the price.
• Should any issue or delay occur on my side, the client will be immediately notified.
• Once the final piece is approved, the client will receive high-resolution files of the single character(s) (or party and party members), plus low-resolution, watermarked versions for online use.Copyright
• I, the artist, retain the full rights to the artwork unless the client buys Exclusive Rights to the work. Exclusive Rights Commissions are commissions that give the client complete ownership of the artwork.
Exclusivity transfers ownership of not just the actual piece of artwork, but all associated rights (the intellectual property) to the client as well. The use and sale of said piece is allowed only to the client, the possibility for the artist (me) to display the piece on social media and for my portfolio will be negotiated with the client. The fee for this type of commission is +300% on top of the starting rate.
• If the client commissioned a piece for personal use, they can print the artwork as they please, claim ownership of their character(s) but not of the drawing itself, and use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist. They are in no way and under no circumstance allowed to use the artwork commercially. If a client only has a license for personal use and would like to use the artwork commercially, they can contact me and we can discuss it.
• If the client commissioned a piece for commercial use, they are allowed to make any sort of merchandise or other product for sale featuring the artwork. Credit is still required for the usage of the artwork.
• The only exception to this is that I will never, under any circumstance, allow my work to be used as/for NFTs, nor any use involving generative AI engines.
• I do not allow my work to be edited or manipulated in any way. If a client desires to edit my work, they need to consult me first.
•Any unauthorized sale or distribution of my work is not allowed.Cancellation/Refunds
• The client cannot cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances once the artwork has been started.
• The only situation in which the client is allowed to cancel the commission is if the payment (or first installment) hasn’t been sent yet.
• Clients on the waiting list can cancel their slots at any point without problem. Just notify me so I can remove you from my list.

Character Design

- Single or multiple characters in a semi-realistic style. Semi-rendered or fully rendered.
- Matching pastel background, unless otherwise specified. You will receive a transparent background as well.
- The files are provided in high-resolution PNG with my watermark.
- The characters will be portrayed individually; with multi-character commissions, they will be placed in the artwork together.
